Getting Started

This course is designed specifically for seniors who are looking to support their brain health. Every week includes 4 sessions, and every session combines: Movement, memory or recall, dual-task thinking (thinking + moving), balance or coordination (seated or standing), cognitive effort (language, attention, sequencing, association). This mirrors how the brain actually works in daily life.
