To access your courses or products, you must be logged in using the email and password you used to make your purchase. You can log in by either:
Clicking the account icon in the upper right-hand corner, or
Clicking “Login” in the main menu.
Once logged in:
Click the account icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select “Products” from the dropdown menu.
You’ll see all of your purchases listed there—simply click on the one you want to access.
This can happen for a few reasons:
Make sure you are logged in using the email and password you used to make your purchase. You can log in by clicking the account icon in the upper right-hand corner or selecting “Login” in the menu.
After logging in, click the account icon → “Products” to access your purchases directly.
Sometimes the file has been updated after your purchase, which may cause the old email link to stop working (especially if you purchased a few days ago).

Yes! You can log in to your account from any computer, tablet, or smartphone to access your courses. Just make sure you are using the same account credentials for all devices.
You will have lifetime access to any course you purchase, unless otherwise stated. This means you can revisit the material anytime, at your own pace.
Some courses include downloadable materials (like PDFs), while videos are usually available for streaming only. Look for a “Download” button in your course resources if downloadable content is included.
If you like, you can add text here. No worries! On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions to reset it. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
